This 30 minute class draws on principles of dance, Pilates and functional diaphramatic breathing to enhance both strength and nervous system resilience. Using The Symmetry Band, you'll integrate length, power, and alignment to improve performance an dsupport athletic movement patterns. Expect a dynamic flow that leaves you both grounded and energized.
