You will need a Pilates Ball and The Symmetry Band for this class.
The psoas is a source of strength for us all. It requires us to embody a slower rhythm to connect with it. The way we sense and feel it activating is more important that the reps or cues of how many times we do the exercise. Drop into your psoas, stay curious, present and juicy to feel your legs from a higher place and a release through the hips.
