This full- body Symmetry Band class begins with a harnessing setup: the band folds in half and wraps around the T-point and loops around both feet to channel strength from your breath into the deepest layers of posture and support. We explore some key ways to work with the band--stillness, subtle activation, and movement- to embody alignment, resilience and power. You'll leave centered, stacked and strong form the inside out.
