This progressive series introduces the power of rebounding into your Pilates practice. Beginning with a short 6 minute basics, you'll practice maintaining form while safely adding the cardio boost and lymphatic flush. From there we expand into a controlled side-lying trampoline sequence, and finally culminating into a 30 minute advanced rebounding class pushing your strength, stamina, and form to it's limits. Each session is accompanied by a classical music playlist intentionally chosen to support nervous system balance and deeper focus. Prefer to move with your own music? Simply lower the volume, follow the on-screen instruction, and bring your own playlist into the flow. Whether you're looking for a quick cardio add-on or a complete workout, this series offers a safe, energizing and efficient way to build stamina and elevate your Pilates training.
