This series invites you to rethink posture- not just as how you hold your body, but how you move through it. The Symmetry Band and a few other props can help you explore some standard classical and contemporary pilates exercises with fresh alignment, breath, and awareness. Expect to recalibrate external form and internal support at the same time with The Symmetry Band. You may be invited to release ol patterns whilst reclaiming postural integrity for greater freedom, ease and flow in your movement practice.
