In class 7, we feel the benefits of our cueing to strenthen the whole body. This sequencing directs our diaphramatic breathing + deep core strength to participate in the use of leg extension. This mat work helps us with unwanted holding patterns in our hips, gives us a higher center of gravity and ease of movement when walking, running, dancing, etc. You will need The Symmetry Band for this class and The Half Moon Travel Kit is recommended.
