In this practice, we begin by gently attuning to subtle structures - pelvic floor, diaphragm, deep core - felt separetley, so that we better sense how they relate. By slowing down and workign with these layers in isolation, we create clarity in the body's internal architecture. As we move into strength based Pilates flow, the pieces begin to organize and work together creating effortless integration, fluid power, and a deep sense of support from within.
