This full-length class delivers powerful advanced cardio trampoline workout on the reformer. It's 30 Thiminutes of challenging your stamina and precision with continuous rebounding sequences that are designed to push your strength, stamina, and form to the next level. To participate, you'll need a Cardio Tramp attachment. Here we are on the Merritthew reformer. This model is recommended but we have seen others do it on similar models. A classical music playlist accompanies the session intentionally supporting the nervous system balance and rhythmic pacing. Prefer your own music? Simply lower the volume, follow the on-screen instruction and move to your own music or favorite playlist. The advanced rebounding class is a culmination of the series, offering a high energy, full body experience that builds endurance, power and control.
